Each product is photographed and documented on our website as accurately as possible and is edited and optimized for the purposes of online display and clarity. We try to ensure that the goods offered for sale are displayed as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee the colours and details in website images are identical to the original item. We reserve the right to amend the product price, descriptions and any associated terms or costs of service at any time, without prior notice.

Your Obligations

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us once we have sent you an email order confirmation. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in an order confirmation email do not form part of that contract. Sundridge Gallery shall under no circumstances be held liable for any special losses due to specific circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or wasted expenditure.

When ordering from us, please provide your correct address, delivery address and contact details and any special delivery instructions. We cannot be responsible for delivery issues or non-delivery in the event of a wrong delivery address or an incorrect, missing or incomplete contact details.

Prices and Additional Expenses

Prices are shown on the website and VAT will not apply. Orders will be charged in Pounds Sterling (£GBP). For orders made using international bank accounts or bank cards, you may be charged by your card provider for currency conversion, processing fees and the exchange rate will be determined by your account provider. Please consult your account provider to determine the additional cost.

You may incur VAT, custom and duty fees for orders sent outside the UK. We cannot accept liability for the extra costs associated with this.

The total purchase price (including any delivery charges) will be shown on the checkout page prior to confirming your order. Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. You will be charged upon entering your debit or card information.
